Ghosh Engineers was first hired by the Tomlinson Public Service district in 2004. The project consisted of the installation of approximately 10 miles of new waterlines to improve hydraulic capacity and distribution. It also included extending water to unserved areas within the district boundary and provided service to 190 new customers. Ghosh worked with the water system operators and PSD board members to provide a design to minimize the disruption of water service to customers. Along with these improvements 2 new water storage tanks and a new booster station were constructed to provide additional water storage and fire protection.
